Children Books: Shows the Right Path to Young Minds

There is a famous saying that books are the best friend that a man can have. Rightly said so but in a time like today where every where there is some kind of competition or race, people hardly find time for reading. This thing not only applies to the adults but as well as to the children. Nowadays there is so much pressure of studies on small kids that they have lost their innocence in mid of it. Also with the advent of Internet, television and gaming consoles, the young minds prefer to waste their leisure time on these sorts of things rather then exploring the fantastic world of literature. Due to these withdrawal symptoms it is normal to see children scoring poor marks in their literature subjects. But these Children Books are the best way to solve this problem.

These books not only entertain the children but also manage their tender feelings. Not only that reading these children books help them understanding the basic human emotions but also they learn to value them. Books help them to mature in the right way and also entertain them at the same time. Writers like J.K. Rowling (of Harry Potter fame) and Tom Sawyer (by Mark Twain) are very popular in this field. The reason for their popularity is that they have captured the human point of view in an interesting language. The language of these books is also simple so that the young minds do not have any problem in understanding the written matter. Jungle book written by Rudyard Kipling is the best example of it. Not only that other authors like Enid Blyton, who’s all books revolve around the children and their dream world can be hailed as one of the best writer of children books.

Another type of popular books are the get well soon children books. Since children are susceptible to diseases and ill health conditions hence these books are an ideal option for them. These books instill them with confidence and motivate them to be brave and face the condition with courage. These get well soon children books helps in development of optimistic attitude among the children.

Hence if any parent wants his/her child to develop reading habit then they must encourage their children to read the children books from the above mentioned writers.

Help answer the question about children books

Now that Iowa is pro gay marriage, how long before children's books are rewritten to accommodate this reality?
I give it ten years for gay activist to successfully sue the board of ed to include same sex children books in their curriculum.

Sir, I am a Muslim and I had a few Buddhist friends whom I found to be very modest in their outlook. I have a seen a lot of my fellow Muslims posting long questions and sometimes replying by way of long Answers.

You may have come to realise that the patience of the people in Y!A are very thin and they would escape as fast as they have entered in your question. Therefore, could you possibly make a short question which we can read and possible respond suitable?

No offence taken, please see to it that your message is passed across as intended and wish you all the luck in the mission to spread peace and harmony.

Sorry for the long answer or explanation from my part too!!

Catholics and Protestants accept the same 27 inspired books as making up the New Testament. But when we turn to the Old Testament, some significant differences emerge.

The decision finally determining the exact number of books accepted as inspired Scripture for Catholics was not made until the Council of Trent in 1546. The Council fathers accepted 46 Old Testament books, following what appeared to them as a firm tradition of the Church from ancient times. The leaders of the Protestant Reformation, on the other hand, rejected some books agreed upon at Trent.

The seven disputed books are: Tobit, Judith, Wisdom, Sirach, Baruch and 1 and 2 Maccabees. There are also some sections of Esther and Daniel not considered inspired Scriptures by Protestants. Protestants call these seven books the apocryphal books. Catholics, however, call these same disputed books deuterocanonical.

Fortunately, today, modern translations of the Bible are published in Catholic editions. These translations will include an imprimatur (assurance of a Catholic bishop that the text is in line with Catholic teaching) and the seven deuterocanonical books.

    opinions on what dear?

In theory, you have just as much of a chance of being an author as the next person. It takes heart, a good story, and good writing skills. And a thick skin, as you'll be faced with many rejections before you get one acceptance.

    Stick with it!
